    We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The sea view alone is worth it – absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The only small things missing were a coffee maker and a toaster, which would have made it perfect, but even without them it was very comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was a real blessing with 2 kids. The building is new, clean, with a working elevator, and everything felt well maintained. The area was quiet, which made it even more enjoyable. The beach is just in front, with sunbeds and umbrellas at a reasonable price. The water was shallow, which is perfect for small children – though personally, I would have liked it to be a bit deeper and clearer. People in the area were friendly, and the center of Rimini was just 5 minutes away by car. Overall, a fantastic experience – I would rate it 9.9 out of 10. Highly recommended!

    Fabulous

    Lovely spacious apartment with great sea view. two beautiful bathrooms. Lot's of windows for fresh air and day light. Oven was clean as everything else. This host understands the level of comfort you need on your holiday, house was fully equipped with the appliances you need and even washing up liquid for dishes, soup for washing machine provided, toilet rolls, broom. Apartment is in a quiet nice area, we had a car but one could walk to city centre in a half hour. Property has a lift.

    No shops nearby for big groceries apart from a small mini market with very limited stock and fruit and vegetables that didn't look fresh anymore. If you have a car it's a short (6 / 7 minute) drive to the big supermarkets / superstores. The beach opposite the apartment is not free.

    Exceptional

    The apartment is very spacious, cosy, and it has everything you need for a perfect stay. It is on the beach and view is great! For every recomendation!
