  Property is right on the lakeside, right opposite of the train station. Very quiet compared to Varenna but a short 5 minutes train will get you to Varenna. Short walking distance to supermarkets and cafes. Excellent fully equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom and facilities. Host was extremely helpful

  Everything is perfect..The location is perfect.The apartment is perfect. The outdoor seating area is lovely. A friendly cat might visit you once a while if you pet it. All amenities like dishwasher , washing machine, oven, iron etc. listed are very handy to use. Host is very proactive and responsive.Host will connect with you over whatsapp and help you out.. If you want to change towels ,napkins etc.. just message the host. Everything is nearby. Train station , groceries, cafes nearby, all within 5 mins walking distance. Trains to Varenna usually runs every 30 mins and to Milan Central every 30 mins or 1 hr. You can use Trenord app for booking instant tickets. One ways cost 1.7 euros.And to Milan 7.4 Euros. Ferry terminal is also nearby 7-8 mins walk.Limited ferries travel through Balleno, but can be handy to directly travel to Lenno if you plan to visit Villa Balbianello. Super convenient to just stay in Bellano and travel everywhere else rather than staying in tourist overpriced hotspots like Varenna and Bellagio. Cosy restuarants nearby.

  Plek op zich. Bellano is leuk plaatsje en voor Comomeer redelijk rustig. Van de weg nabij heb je nauwelijks last.

  Voor 5 dagen 1 set handdoek per persoon,, tv van 10 jaar oud met dode kleuren en zeer felle verlichting woonkamer. Geluidshinder van buren viel mee, maar vraag me af hoe dit in hoogseizoen is.

  Very nice play to stay and enjoy your vacation on Lake Como

  Everything was great. We were greeted by the host, who gave us the keys and explained how to use the parking in the basement, as we came by car. For the sake of the guests, there is an information package prepared by the host in the apartment, which shows where the nearest supermarkets are (within easy walking distance). The flat is near the train station, so it is possible to wander to other places on the lake (e.g., Varenna) by train as well. The flat has everything one might need for a longer stay, including a washing machine.

  A quick heads-up for people from outside ot Italy about the electrical outlets. This is a common thing in Italy and not specific to this apartment :-\ The host thoughtfully provided TWO adapters, but we found they only fit in certain (!!!) wall outlets. Bringing more adapters will not resolve the issue. Hence, be prepared.
