Bon emplacement en ville mais agencement appartement étrange
L’appartement était bien décoré et propre dans l’ensemble, la salle de bain et la cuisine sont très bien aménagées. La terrasse est très agréable ie soir. L’emplacement près de San Stefano est excellent!
Il y a néanmoins une chose bizarre: la chambre en soupente est très basse (1m20) et impossible de s’y tenir debout. Grand gabarits s’abstenir! Par ailleurs, l’appartement aurait besoin d’un sérieux cleaning du sofa et de réparations telles que le cache porte du frigo ou les volets extérieurs.

La ubicación y la pequeña terraza. También el personal que noa atendió, amable y dando facilidades.
Excesivamente caro para un piso sin mesa para comer, sin sillas (tenía unos taburetes altos poco cómodos), con la cama principal en una habitación abuardillada de no más de 1 metro en la parte alta. El acceso con escalera incomoda, de mucha pendiente y peldaño pequeño

Mooi verblijf in Bologna!
Leuk appartement met dakterras, perfect gelegen om Bologna te verkennen. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst.
Warm water was niet altijd voorhanden maar bij contact met het bureau werd dit zo vlug mogelijk in orde gebracht.

La posizione centrale, alloggio ristrutturato di recente
Il letto era in un sottotetto veramente bassissimo e l’alloggio era all’ultimo piano con rampe parecchio ripide (non mi pare fosse segnalato ma sicuramente non è adatto a tutte le età!). La mattina della partenza avevamo chiesto di lasciare i bagagli e nonostante ci avessero detto di sì, abbiamo trovato chiuso l’ufficio che gestisce l’alloggio e in cui avremmo dovuto lasciarli. La pulizia non era proprio ottimale.
