    Clean

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The air conditioning was advertised but had been broken for approximately three weeks, and we were not informed before arrival. The mattress was worn out, and no instructions were provided for the appliances. The showerhead would not stay in place, the shower floor was dangerously slippery, and the shower light did not work. Communication with the owner was poor, with messages going unanswered for hours. Had to finally call her. Overall, the apartment needs better maintenance, attention to safety, and more responsive management.
