  Kényelmes ágy, nagyon tiszta, jól felszerelt. Még vasaló és hozzá állvány is volt, hajszárító, felszerelt konyha.

  We had a great stay in Bellano and really enjoyed the location. The apartment is in a lovely area, just a 5-minute walk from Bellano train station, where fast trains also stop. It was a perfect base for our trips to Tirano, St. Moritz, and Varenna. There is a beautiful walking trail in Bellano that is a must-see during your visit. A grocery store is conveniently located near the apartment, making it easy to pick up essentials. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the Lake Como area.

  The only downside was that the shower area in the bathroom was quite small, but apart from that, everything else was excellent.

  Très bien pour un sejour au lac de come

  Le logement est parfait pour un séjour au lac de Come, extrêmement bien situé. On est à 4 minutes à pied de la gare et 6 des ferry. Le lac est à 2 minutes avec une petite zone de baignade. Il y a une supérette CONAD au pied de la résidence, très pratique. Les recommendations de l’hote pour manger sont top et les activités aussi (il y en a beaucoup que j’avais prévues pour mon sejour) En plus Bellano est beaucoup moins touristique. C’etait donc vraiment apaisant de rentrer pour se poser au bord du lac.

  Pas vraiment de points négatifs si ce n’est que non il n’y a pas de clim mais c’est normal dans un appartement comme ça. Il y a cependant des ventilateurs de plafond qui font très bien leur travail (peut être il serait bien de vérifier qu’ils sont bien dépoussiérés) Et oui on entend un peu les voisins mais comme dans beaucoup de résidences dans les villages italiens. Ça ne m’a pas empeché de dormir.
