    Fint boende med vacker innegård i centrala La Spezia

    Närheten till hamnen och tågstationen. Låg på en tvärgata till shoppinggatan och restauranger. Trots det centrala läget var det väldigt tyst. Enkel lägenhet med allt man behöver för att bo där. Man får en känsla att man är på besök hos en avlägsen släkting. Det fanns kaffe/te, enkel italiensk frukost med toast och marmelad. Väldigt vacker innergård.

    Svaga mögellukten i badrummet. Parkeringsmöjligheter. Parkeringshus var det enda alternativet för oss.

    A very interesting stay.

    A very quiet place right in the center of La Spezia. The house was very well-equipped and had many interesting details. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.

    The perfect place to stay in La Spezia!

    I do recommend it because of its close location to restaurants, shops and parking places. I really liked because the appartment it's small and cosy. The owner has high attention to the details. Washing machine in the bathroom. Big fridge!

    It will be nice to have a dishwasher, a large shower and stand vaccum cleanner.
