    A lovely, clean and comfortable apartment with a fantastic terrace and exceptional views, offering very good value for m

    The flat was very clean, spacious and comfortable for us with our baby, and would also work very well for a family with two older children thanks to the sofa bed. The large terrace was definitely the highlight — the views over the lake and towards the sea beyond are beautiful and completely unobstructed, and I think this is the property’s biggest selling point. The location was also very convenient, with the beach around a 10-minute walk away and local shops and restaurants another 10–15 minutes on foot. Lamberto, who welcomed us, was lovely, friendly and helpful, and communication with them was very good whenever we needed anything. It also offers very good value for the price, considering the space, location and fantastic views.

    There is no Wi-Fi, which is worth bearing in mind if you need to work or stay connected during your holiday. As it is a self-catering apartment, guests should also come prepared with the basic supplies they may need. We were told that only one toilet roll is provided, which felt a little strict, although this is obviously a minor point. The check-out time was also rather early for an apartment, particularly outside the peak season. A little more flexibility here, where circumstances allow, would have been appreciated.
