  With permission we checked aut nearly two hours late.

  The kichen with dinner area was very small and tight and terrace or balcony would have been very useful. In the advertisement a terrace was available.Many items were missing from the kitchen and no hot water for the dishes. For a 10 day stay, we got only one big and one small tovel.They did bring the missing items with plenty of complaints that they are not a hotel.

  Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Olbia chez Carlo et Maria. Ce sont vraiment de super hôtes, très accueillants, gentils et attentionnés. Malgré la barrière de la langue, nous avons réussi à échanger facilement et à très bien nous comprendre. Le logement est propre, agréable et très bien situé, proche du centre d’Olbia et idéalement placé pour partir découvrir la Costa Smeralda et les alentours. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Une très belle rencontre et une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

  siamo stati molto bene e la vacanza è stata davvero piacevole. I padroni di casa ci hanno accolto benissimo e si sono dimostrati molto disponibili. ​La posizione della casa è comodissima per raggiungere in breve tempo tutti i servizi principali (supermercati, farmacia, le spiagge della zona e la superstrada). La struttura offre inoltre un ottimo parcheggio privato e un comodo giardino, ideale per rilassarsi o leggere un libro. ​Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Consigliamo ai proprietari solo di specificare la questione dell'acqua nell'annuncio per permettere ai futuri ospiti di organizzarsi al meglio. Grazie ancora ai padroni di casa per l'ospitalità!

  ​Soggiorno piacevole, ma ci sono aspetti importanti da sapere: ​Questione acqua: Aspetto principale da evidenziare (non specificato nell'annuncio) è che la struttura è servita da acqua agricola. Non è quindi adatta per la doccia, per l'igiene personale né per lavarsi i denti. Per lavare o sterilizzare gli utensili da cucina è necessario prima bollirla, mentre per il consumo alimentare e l'igiene quotidiana è indispensabile dotarsi fin da subito di bottiglie d'acqua potabile. ​Spazi e accesso: Dalle foto si potrebbe essere tratti in inganno sulle dimensioni reali dell'alloggio. Si tratta in realtà di una piccola mansarda, comunque fornita di tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno. ​Strada d'accesso: L'ingresso si trova su una salita sterrata di un centinaio di metri con diverse buche. Procedendo piano con l'auto si percorre senza problemi, ma è giusto saperlo in anticipo.

  The apartment itself is nice.

  The apartment itself is nice, but the stay was less comfortable than expected. It is located around 4.5 km from the city, on an unpaved road with large potholes. During our stay, towels and bed linen were not changed, the apartment was not cleaned, and guests are also expected to take out the rubbish. Fresh towels during a 10-day stay are charged extra. There was also quite a lot of noise. The neighbour has a rooster, a pheasant and dogs, which started waking us up from around 7 a.m., and there was also loud music and noise from cars. Overall, the apartment is nice, but the lack of cleaning service, the extra charge for towels, the bad road and the noise made the stay less comfortable.
