Très déçu du logement, plusieurs heures perdues pour essayer d’avoir un logement un peu mieux adapté.
La vue sur la ville de Palerme
Les photos de l’annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité du logement, dont le salon. Les sanitaires déplorables et à fuir, une baignoire hors de fonction et une douche pleine de crasse, des WC sales. Une hotte de cuisine hors service, une cuisinière électrique non branchée. Certains équipements électriques non sécurisés. 4 chaises de salon de jardin pour 5 adultes, comme chaises intérieures, une table de cuisine inutilisable.

La struttura è un appartamento tenuto in pessime condizioni , poco curato , camere con letti scomodissimi e cuscini schifosi . Pulizia inesistente C'è scritto 4 camere , in realtà sono 3 con un quarto lettino appoggiato nel soggiorno. Il climatizzatore presente solo su una camera . Per quanto riguarda I bagni , pessime condizioni soprattutto la doccia

We had a great time in Sicily and the house was an economic and convenient place to do it from.
Lovely host, didnt speak english but we had fun with Whatsapp translations. Great view of the hills and the sea when clear. Convenient for visiting Southern Sicily. House was clean. Beds were comfy. Cooking facilities were good. Living area was good for entertaining the family.
You definately need a car to do anything.

Superb location with magnificent view over the valley to mountains and Palermo, quiet area. The house is clear to see on Google satellite and camera, and is easy to find provided you use gps and co-ordinates. There are many places to visit within 50 minutes drive, from cities to lakes, mountains and coast. The house has large rooms, comfortable and easy to live in. Balconies provide shade, sun and shelter from wind. Air con is effective in the living area and in the largest bedroom. Wifi is excellent. Both showers provided a good supply of water and drained well. There is adequate private parking within the grounds of the house. The hosts were welcoming and friendly.
The oven thermostat does not work as it heats to maximum, incinerating food. Faults with the oven were reported in September 2023 and in August 2024. Three of the four gas rings worked, allowing rather limited cooking. The bidet in the main bathroom was overflowing with black deposits and could not be used. The shower cubicle and base were very unattractive as they require a thorough clean.
