Akzeptabele Unterkunft
Die Aussicht von der Terrasse. Allerdings muß man die sich mit anderen Bewohnern teilen. Dachte wäre der Wohnung zugehörig. Allerdings hatten wir Glück und waren alleine im Haus. Die Bar Arche direkt gegenüber der Wohnung.
Das nur im größeren Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage war. In dem kleineren Schlafzimmer war es echt heiß, in der Ecke standen Ventilator. Allerdings wäre es toll gewesen, wenn er auch funktioniert hätte.

Séjour un peu frais mais la vue et le bruit des vagues sont inestimables
Les clés ont été facilement accessibles et on peut facilement communiquer avec la propriétaire Chiara par WhatsApp. Elle très réactive et les échanges sont aimables et fluides. L'appartement (au 1er étage) est fonctionnel et propre: la literie ferme dans la grande chambre, wifi rapide et OK, on peut cuisiner, la salle de bains est bien équipée. La cuisine/ salle à manger a un balcon avec vue directe sur la mer et c'est splendide. J'ai pu dormir avec le bruit des vagues. La terrasse est au 3ème étage, à partager avec l'appartement du 2ème étage, mais comme il n'était pas loué, j'ai pu en profiter seule! La vue est magnifique, comme sur les photos présentées. Castellammare est très agréable hors saison, mais je pense que cet appartement doit être particulièrement agréable par temps chaud car il est carrelé et donne au nord
Malheureusement, la semaine a été assez fraiche, ce qui a été gênant quand j'étais dans l'appartement car j'ai eu vraiment froid malgré le chauffage électrique que Chiara m'a fait tout de suite apporter. J'avais pris mes précautions et apporté une bouillotte à eau chaude qui m'a permis de bien dormir. Un petit sofa dans la grande chambre pourrait être un plus pour se relaxer quand le temps n'est pas au top ou après les visites. Le tuyau flexible de la douche est à changer, il fuit. Malgré cela, je garde un excellent souvenir de mon séjour !

Piękny widok z tarasu, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, szybkie, bezproblemowe zameldowanie, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, świetny kontakt z Chiara zarządzającą apartamentem. Super baza wypadowa do zwiedzania tej części Sycylii.
Mogło być trochę cieplej w apartamencie, ale wiemy że takie uroki tego typu budynków.

Stunning views, close to restaurants and bars
Ideally, it would be helpful to have more electric sockets but it is an older building. We managed fine.
