Favoloso
Tutto perfetto. Appartamento moderno, ben strutturato, stanze ampie e luminose. Silenzioso.

It's above a coffee shop, ideal for 1 or 2 people. The apartment has a washing + dryer machine (but no dryer) umbrella, which is great. You have 10% discount to the nearest restaurant. The bed was comfortable and the location is great, you can reach anything by walking. There is no air conditioning, which is not a problem at all, since the air flow is great, there are a lot of windows.
The staff partially speaks English, but they are helpful. Since it is above a coffee shop, you can have the included breakfast there. It would have been great to have some information in advance about what is included and what is not, because it appeared only one drink + one croissant or pastry is included, nothing more. Apart from that, we had no issues. Oh, and the kitchen is not really well equipped, there is just a few cutlery and plates, so, if you plan to cook, you have to buy a lot of things, since there is only salt in the kitchen.

Alloggio grande e spazioso. Arredamento moderno e funzionale.
