    Right in the heart of Proceno which is on the very.pleasant alternative route for the Via Francigena. Kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom and shower is well.equipped. Silvana was very helpful and communication was great. One small thing is to ask why a lot of rental places don't provide instructions for how to operate the TV and top box. Heating available.

    Amazing, authentic spot in Proceno. If you're on the Via, this is a nice alternative to Aquapendente. Only spot for dinner was at the Castelo Restaurant down the road, which was really nice.

    L'appartamento è molto carino e funzionale. Non manca davvero niente, il letto è comodo, il wi-fi è veloce e d'inverno il camino presumo sia veramente una chicca. Proceno è un paese con un grande passato. Merita una visita ed è anche ottimo come base per tutta la zona dalla bassa Toscana / alto Lazio
