    We loved Appartamento Luna

    Matteo, Sabrina and Gianluca (and Mia the dog) were brilliant hosts. Matteo greeted us and gave a thorough explanation of the apartment and how to walk into town. They were all so friendly. The apartment is perfect - it has everything you need and more… very efficient air con, dishwasher, secure parking, hairdryer, washing machine, plenty of towels, coffee machine, outside seating etc. The bedrooms are lovely and dark and, although I found the mattress rather hard, I had a good night’s sleep every night. The walk into town is simple - up a steep hill, walk along the side of the road for a few minutes (this is safer than it sounds) and then you’re at the gate for Cortona old town. Make sure you bring a torch for the walk home and wear suitable footwear for the hills. Recommendations for Cortona include Snoopy’s Gelateria, Croce del Travaglio (best pizzas in town with Tony the waiter) and Trattoria Dardano (best pasta in town). I would definitely stay in this apartment again without a second thought.

    Fantastic stay experience

    We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. The location was excellent, and parking was easy and convenient. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The host was very kind, responded quickly to our messages, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you very much!!!

    Lovely apartment with stunning views over Tuscan countryside.

    Everything! It’s well equipped for two couples, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Parking space by the house and a relatively short walk to the old town - steep, but that’s unavoidable in these parts. Sabrina and family are perfect hosts.

    Nothing really. But for information: the walk to the town involves a short section of grassy/rocky path and a short section of main road without pavement - probably <100m.

    A Tuscan Dream

    Fabulous spacious apartment with incredible views from the terrace. Tuscany at its best!!! Perfect base for exploring Tuscany. Tricky driveway the first time but navigation guide on the website was fantastic. There was a spacious free parking area on the property for our car and a short walk up the hill to the centre of Cortona. Our hosts, the Paci family were fantastic and even helped us organise a tyre repair. We definitely lived the dream in this apartment..

    The only thing we didn't like was leaving..
