    No luxury hrte

Location is fine and Bologna has a great bus system

The air conditioning did not work at all. The furniture was stained. One of the beds was broken and bowed down 6 inches in the center. Some of the very sparse linens were stained. The router had to be plugged into an outlet by stretching the chord across the cook top There was mold growing in the shower. The manager tried to get the AC taken care of but first round the tech didn't show. then she video conferenced with the tech and the motor started.but still no AC. To bill this place as luxury is laughable. I am requesting my money back and have spoken to booking.com. The manager agreed with me that some sort of refund was appropriate but I have not received any answer from Booking.com.It is obvious the owner is not maintaining the property and has no idea what's going on.

Prenotazione fatta per 4 adulti, Prima letto matrimoniale okay, secondo letto formato da un divano letto. Dimensioni piccole e scomodo per 2 persone e quando siamo entrati il secondo letto non era fatto.
