Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und genauso wie beschrieben. Auch der Pool ganz in der Nahe war wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit Mattia war jederzeit sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Alles war bestens organisiert und hat wunderbar funktioniert. Vielen lieben Dank, Mattia, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Excellent
A spacious Italian apartment, well-equipped with all the essentials. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. For us, the biggest highlight was the large swimming pool—exclusive to residents of the complex—which our son loved. It is located 12–15 minutes from the beach (though the walk back is uphill). There is a good bakery nearby, and the closest restaurant serves tasty food. The lake itself is wonderful—water shoes are a must. I recommend renting a boat and rowing around it.
The underground garage is a bit small if you have a large car (like an SUV), but we managed to park it somehow. The waste sorting system wasn't obvious to us; instructions should have been provided before arrival, as I only figured it out during the stay.

Warunki bardzo zadowalające, komfortowy apartament, czysty i zadbany. Spory taras z meblami ogrodowymi i leżakami. Centralnie umiejscowiony basen to dobra opcja dla rodzin z dziećmi. Dostępny podziemny parking z indywidualnym miejscem parkingowym. Obiekt dobrze usytuowany, z brakiem dostępu dla osób z zewnątrz, co poprawia komfort pobytu. Spacerem 12 min od plaży. Od razu przy wyjściu z obiektu restauracja z włoskim jedzeniem.
Małe minusy za brak mikrofalówki i lekko zapadnięte łóżko w salonie.
