    PESSIMA ESPERIENZA: Impossibile accedere all'appartamento, lasciati in strada di notte con un minore! Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi affidabilità e serietà. Siamo arrivati sul posto alle 24:00 (dopo aver preventivamente informato l'host dell'orario del nostro volo). La procedura automatizzata di check-in per l'apertura del portone non ha funzionato. Nonostante i tentativi di contatto con l'host — che rispondeva senza però fornire alcuna soluzione concreta — e la totale irreperibilità del referente indicato, il nostro gruppo (3 adulti e un bambino di 11 anni) è stato abbandonato in strada a notte fonda. Dopo due ore di vani tentativi e al freddo, alle 02:00 siamo stati costretti a prendere un taxi e cercare un hotel d'emergenza, riuscendo a fare il check-in solo alle 02:10. Un disservizio inaccettabile, totale assenza di assistenza reale in situazioni di emergenza e zero rispetto per i clienti (specialmente in presenza di un minore). Struttura da evitare assolutamente!

    Comfortable apartment with good location to city

    Great kitchen,balcony to sit on outside of kitchen was nice.Spacious apartment.Fans supplied.Supermarket literally next door,open most days until 10pm.Location great,15 minutes walk to city centre.Great view of the Cinema Museum on the kitchen balcony.

    A little noisy as our windows were open (early morning) so if you are a late sleeper this may bother you.Usually from deliveries to the supermarket next door.
