    Gradevole ma poco riposante.

    La posizione molto centrale e a pochi passi dal mare. I

    La mancanza di aria condizionata soprattutto nella camera da letto che affaccia su uno scalone di collegamento tra i più frequentati di Camogli e pertanto c’è baccano tutto il giorno.

    I booked the apartment for a werk and it was great! Me and my daughter found Camogli charming and the property perfect. It is very close to everything and it is located in a very beautiful area. You can literally hear the sea and see the sea from the window. We were very sad when we left. Hope to come back soon…

    Great location, everything else average

    The location was good

    Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The facilities weren’t great—there weren’t enough towels, the shower was tiny, the seal was covered in mould, and it didn’t drain properly. The “air conditioning” was simply a fan, which wasn’t sufficient. The host also seemed eager to rush off as soon as we collected the keys, so there was very little time for any explanation. She mentioned that we would need to empty the bins before checking out but never showed us where they were located nor what items were to be put in what bin with the various bins she has for recycling purposes. We ended up spending valuable time trying to find them, and it nearly caused us to miss our train when checking out on the final day. To make matters worse, we were left with a lengthy list of house rules, including instructions to clean the property before departure and empty all the bins, which were located around 200 metres down the street. Expecting guests to carry out a significant amount of the cleaning themselves is one thing, but charging a €70 cleaning fee on top of that felt completely unreasonable and poor value for money. I work in the hotel industry and this wouldn’t be expected in a hotel. I understand serviced apartments are different but to be honest not much difference in price from a hotel and with all the added rules from the apartment a hotel would be a better option.
