    L'appartamento è molto grande, ed è ben attrezzato anche per soggiorni medio lunghi. La posizione è perfetta, a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Perugia e con possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nelle vie intorno. Suggerimento: nonostante l'appartamento sia molto fresco (siamo stati a fine agosto e non abbiamo avuto problemi con il caldo), io aggiungerei almeno un ventilatore.

    Eccellente!!!

    Accoglienza perfetta, la proprietaria molto gentile, a fatto si da farci mettere a nostro agio.Appuntamento molto comodo in base alle mie esigenze di spostamento, l'interno è molto rilassante ed è curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. È ubicato in una traversa senza uscita e questo significa niente rumori di traffico. Uscendo di casa e girando l'angolo della strada ci sono i servizi più essenziali (Farmacia,bar pasticceria 🔝,chiesa e fermata autobus). Se avrò occasione di tornare a Perugia sarà il mio punto di riferimento per soggiornare 😉💪🏻.

    Appartement spacieux,assez bien équipé (un ventilateur serait toutefois le bienvenu). Petite cours extérieure. Très calme. Parking à 3 minutes(sous-sol du supermarché EMI à droite de l'église,(mais pas gardienné,pas de video surveillance, accés ouvert,seule une barrière avec ticket pour y entrer ou sortir...) Disponibilité et réactivité de notre hôte.

    Le centre "historique" est à 20 minutes à pied en marchant d'un bon pas et...ça grimpe... Un détail : le téléviseur n'est pas destiné aux voyageurs. Il est vrai qu'il ne figure pas dans la liste des équipements à disposition des hôtes comme nous l'a rappelé notre hôte alors que nous cherchions la télécommande...
