    If you are considering booking this apartment, please be aware that the information provided in the listing is not entirely accurate. The apartment does not have a living room or a sofa bed, so its actual capacity is limited to two people. Several of the advertised amenities are also missing, including a fireplace, microwave, kettle and two bathrooms. There is one bathroom with a shower on the upper floor, next to the bedroom, and a separate toilet on the floor below, where the kitchen is located. The only outdoor seating area is a rooftop terrace. Although it is pleasant, it does not offer a sea view, garden view or any comparable scenery. Inside the kitchen, the only seating option is the dining table. Parking is another major issue, particularly if you are travelling by car. The apartment is advertised as offering free parking, but there is no dedicated parking space associated with the property. Finding a parking space in front of the building or in the surrounding streets is practically impossible. Moreover, from 1 July to 30 September, parking in the area is restricted to residents. When we contacted the host about this problem, we were advised to use the railway station car park. While it is indeed free, it is approximately 500 metres from the apartment and is not a parking facility provided by the accommodation, as the listing might lead you to believe. We were also very unpleasantly surprised by a message from the host at check-in warning that a €500 penalty would be charged to our credit card if we left dirty dishes, food in the fridge or rubbish in the apartment. This was particularly frustrating given that we found an unwashed dish when we arrived. Finally, the stay was affected by persistent noise in the evenings and early in the morning, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our holiday.
