  בשביל לילה אחד לפני הטיסה הדירה היתה מצויינת. יש חנייה, המון מסעדות ממש מתחת לבית. הדירה היתה נקייה, המטבח נוח ומאובזר כניסה קלה עם קוד, בעל דירה נוח וידידותי. מרחק קצר משדה התעופה פיומיצ׳ינו

  השירותים קטנטנים ואין סלון אלא רק מטבחון ושלושה חדרי שינה. השמיכות היו שמיכות קיץ דקות בלבד.

  Very stressful

  The cleanness and the location

  Very disappointing experience — poor communication and serious privacy concern Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing from the beginning. The day before check-in, I messaged through Booking.com asking how we would access the apartment. I was told that the instructions would be sent to me on the morning of our check-in. The next day, no instructions were sent. By the time we arrived late afternoon, we still had received nothing. We had driven for four hours in the heat with a sick, crying baby and an exhausted toddler, so the last thing we needed was to be standing outside trying to work out how to access the apartment. We also didn't have international phone data, so my husband had to turn on international roaming just so we could call the number provided. The lady then told me that she had sent the instructions, but there was no message anywhere on my end. She eventually gave us the instructions over the phone, and we were finally able to get inside. The second issue was much more concerning. We were asked to provide copies of our passports because, apparently, there was no way to send them through Booking.com. We were given a WhatsApp number to send them to, but the number was wrong. I sent copies of our passports to that number, only for the person on the other end to tell me that I had the wrong number and ask who I was. This is a serious privacy and security concern. I immediately contacted the property through Booking.com to explain what had happened and was simply told, “Sorry.” Given that passport copies are highly sensitive personal documents, I expected much more concern and accountability. Finally, despite the apartment having a coffee machine and cups, there was not even a small amount of coffee or tea provided. We were staying for only one night, and after travelling for four hours, it would have been a basic courtesy to provide a couple of coffee pods or tea bags for guests.

  Great location, clean and comfy beds, great host to communicate with

  Great location in Ostia. We chose the apartment for its location: 10 mins walk to Trains station Ostia Centro, from where you go straight into Rome and a 20 mins drive to FCO airport. Comfy beds, nice and complete kitchen, very clean property overall. We had 7 beds, spread over three bedrooms. We had plenty of towels and the AC was working great. Host was very easy to communicate with via Whatsapp, and was able to organize a parking spot for us but it turned out we could park our van right in front of the place on the square. Host checked in on us and was very helpful.

  Only limitation is that there is only a single bathroom. Not an issue as long as you realize this upfront.
