    Location and size, both excellent for our family of six. Apartment was clean and spacious and the view from the dining area window was soooo Italian and lovely. Plenty of delightful and delicious dinner venues within 10 minutes walk.

    Management. Yes they were immediately responsive when we requested that they fix the toilets on our first day. They also brought in a mop and broom. But why were those cleaning supplies not part of a standard rental? I suspect that most rentals of this apartment are for fewer than 5 nights. We stayed for 11 nights, however, and found that having only set of sheet/bed, and only two towels/person was woefully inadequate for a longer stay in which there were no laundry facilities. (Apartment instructions informed us that no more would be supplied). Additionally, the apartment instructions asked that we leave garbage/recycling in the apartment. That was impractical for our longer stay in summer conditions. It took them 4 days to find the time to come by and take away our refuse after our initial request.

    Wonderful Stay – Bright, Spacious, and Perfectly Located

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the main attractions in Como and the town centre, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light thanks to the large windows. It felt airy and comfortable throughout our stay. The shared areas were equally impressive: generous in size, clean, and fully functional. Everything was in good working condition, and the kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality cutlery and utensils — a nice touch that made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Como. We'd definitely return!

    One bathroom's standing shower wasn't closing and there was a risk of water going out.
