Great little pied à terre 3 mins from Piazza San Marco - comfortable, clean & quiet
Perfect small apartment from which to explore central Venice in an amazing location just a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco. So handy and close to the action, yet quiet at night. The main bedroom is very large, nicely furnished and with a large comfortable bed. The kitchen and bathroom are smaller and more basic, but were impeccably clean and contained all the basics needed for a short stay. Everything worked perfectly and the aircon was a joy. The second room was more basic with just a sofa bed, so may not suit larger groups, but for an individual or couple it was perfect. No views, but you just have to step outside for those! Very good value for the central location. Plenty of good food places and shops within a minute, St Mark's Square about 3 mins walk away. I hope to stay here again.
The floor of the entrance lobby is being renewed (Oct 2026) and is currently dug out, so very uneven and may be of concern to visitors who are not steady on their feet. Care needed at night. I am sure this will be fixed soon.

La ubicación a 1 minuto de la plaza San Marcos y la habitación principal grande.
Le faltan elementos de limpieza como una bayeta o estropajos para poder limpiar los cacharros. El portal estaba en obras y es un poco incómodo pasar por ahí con las maletas

Location was great, the apartment itself was excellent... Physical access to the apartment was problematic...
Access to the apartment was via a quite nasty stairwell from the ground floor up to the first floor... The first floor entrance "hallway" (cubicle) was unfinished raw concrete, uneven and bordering on actively dangerous... The first step onto the stairwell itself was an awkward and unusual height... (I suspect that one step wa actually missing.) Part of the bannister was on the verge of ripping out of the wall... While personally I could handle these issues, the entranceway/stairwell would have been actively dangerous for anyone even slightly less agile than I am.
