Bright, clean, spacious apartment
What a bright, clean specious apartment, friendly and helpful owners, we really had a very pleasant stay in Genova. The apartment had everything we needed, toiletries, even toothbrushes and toothpaste were included, and the hosts also included free pastries, coffee and tea. It was very clean and comfortable.
For us (we were 2) the location was perfect and we booked the apartment specifically for where it was located. However it was not in the center (about 10 minutes by public transport), also not very fast, and the area was a bit more industrial.

Super clean and comfortable place with an exceptionally friendly host. Easy to reach by taxi.
The property was super clean and very comfortable. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay feel easy and welcoming. It was also simple to reach by taxi, which made arrival stress-free. Overall, a great experience — we’d definitely stay again!

Apartment hat wirklich alles was man benötigt, wie im Hotelzimmer mit Küche. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant und Bus in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Family reunion in Genoa
Apartment was spacious, clean location was fair not in the center of the city . This was a family reunion and the majority of my family was staying in old town area in Genoa. The host recommended the nearby local restaurant which was excellent.
location was not bad but loud with outside traffic and tenants conversations in building. The master bedroom mattress was too soft in my opinion. The host were very nice but had the thermostat programmed for off/on and renter had no control over settings. Had a poor sleep the first night and complained I needed the remote which the hosts delivered the next day. Parking was a problem not only in Genoa but throughout Italy. Simply too many cars and limited parking.
