The housing was clean and good located, for us was very much important to have good parking close to it.

Самые положительные эиоции, номер чудесный, небольшой, но уютный.
Чистота, есть все необходимое, расположение (берег моря, магазин, пекарня, рыбный ресторан, центр, жд станция - все рядом). Контактный, позитивный, Франческо, быстро отвечает на сообщения, шотов помочь,
В описании указано "вид на море", правильнее указать "первая береговая линия", так как окна номера не выходят на море. В перспективе было бы идеально оснастить номер стиральной машиной.

The apartment was clean, big, close to a supermarket. The host was wonderful.
A bit far from the historic centre. The beds are not the best.

. È stato tutto perfetto, a partire dall’accoglienza di Francesco, un host davvero gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci ha dato tantissimi consigli durante il soggiorno e, nonostante ogni giorno gli chiedessimo informazioni o suggerimenti, è sempre stato presente e super disponibile. Si è presentato personalmente sia al check-in che al check-out, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto, e ci ha anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima dell’orario di ingresso. La casa era impeccabile, più bella dal vivo che in foto, pulitissima, dotata di tutto il necessario e con ogni cosa perfettamente funzionante.

Casa perfetta, di recente ristrutturazione, parcheggio privato, con tutto il necessario. Posizione strategica, vicina al mare e al centro storico di Monopoli. Francesco si é dimostrato un proprietario di casa gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.
