Lokalita je úžasná, aj apartmán. Boli sme nadšení, viac sme si ani nemohli priať. Určite odporúčame. Do Ríma sa plánujeme vrátiť a toto ubytovanie bude naša prvá voľba. Atmosféra je nezabudnuteľná. Ubytovanie prekonalo naše očakávania. Komunikácia s Dinom aj Pierluigim bola super. Obaja ochotní a priateľskí. Profesionálny prístup, ktorý oceňujeme. Ďakujeme
Akurát na sprche by sa zišla vymeniť hadica, ale aj napriek tomu to tak nejak pasovalo k tomu domu.

bellissima posizione
Camera in soppalco difficile da raggiungere, bassa non si riesce a camminare in piedi. Sull'ultimo gradino delle scale (abbastanza ripide) ti devi chinare altrimenti batti la testa nella trave del soffitto. Adatta a persone giovani, no bambini (pericoloso il ballatoio aperto)

Good apartment, but unfortunately a disappointing stay The apartment itself is nice, spacious, and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, our overall experience was quite disappointing due to several basic issues that significantly affected our stay. We stayed for four nights, and for three of those nights we had to take freezing cold showers, with the water so cold that it actually hurt our bodies. We contacted the owner multiple times and were told that people would come to fix the problem, but it was only finally resolved on our last day, after a lot of insistence from our side. We ended up spending part of our vacation repeatedly asking and practically begging for a basic issue to be resolved. On top of that, one of the air conditioners was not working, which meant that some people in our group had to sleep in considerable heat. The shower itself is also very small, and the water did not drain properly, which made showering even more uncomfortable. Especially during the peak of summer, after spending the entire day outside, being able to take a proper shower and sleep comfortably with functioning air conditioning are very basic expectations. The apartment has good qualities, but unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here due to these issues and the way they were handled during our stay.

Todo excelente!
Lo único a considerar es que el termotanque, al ser 5 personas, no tenía buena recuperación y había que esperar 45 minutos cada dos baños.
