    A decent apartment in a lively neighbourhood

    Spacious apartment with all facilities, air conditioning, separate bedroom and kitchen, lively neighbourhood. Functional washing machine, iron, and all kitchen appliances.

    The shower. It is extremely extremely extremely slow, 1/10th of water speed compared to a normal shower. And you can't control the temperature, either you get hot or cold. And in a hot summer of 37 degrees it is extremely important to have a working shower. And though the interior is renovated and new, there are many imperfections. The kitchen tap is loose, the refrigerator is slanted, etc. Also remember that there is no elevator and it is in 3rd floor, so keep that in mind if you have big luggage. The person came to check me in offered me to carry my luggage, that was nice. But when you check out you have to do it yourself.

    Wir haben vier Nächte in dieser schönen und sehr zentral gelegenen Wohnung verbracht. Fußläufig sind zahlreiche Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar, die Lage ist Top! Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, Altbau, ohne Aufzug. Vom sonnigen Balkon aus sieht man in einen klassischen italienischen Innenhof. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert tadellos. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sogar schon eine Stunde früher einchecken!

    Einige Reparaturen sollten durch die Vermietung durgefüht werden: Die Amatur des Wasserhahns in der Küche ist locker, der Wasserhahn muss befestigt werden. Beide Amaturen in Küche und Bad sind nicht dicht und tropfen. Der Duschkopf muss ausgetauscht werden, der Wasserdruck ist unzureichend und die Temperatur lässt sich nicht einstellen. Die Toilettenspülung ist defekt. Der Geschirrschrank über der Spüle hat ein Loch, sodass das Geschirr ins Waschbecken fällt. Der Haustürschlüssel ist verbogen und droht abzubrechen. Drei Stühle auf dm Balkon sind kaputt und brechen zusammen wenn man sich darauf setzt, diese sollten wegen Verletzungsgefahr umgehend ausgetauscht werden! Da wir nicht gekocht (wer nach Bologna reist und selber kocht, dem kann man leider nicht mehr helfen) und gewaschen haben, kann ich die Funktion von Küche und Waschmaschine nicht beurteilen. Aller Mängel zum Trotz haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, lediglich die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind wirklich gefährlich! Fazit: Lage schlägt Mängel!
