  Brilliant location, fantastic views, great apartment!

  Fantastic apartment in a great location just a short walk from the centre of Perugia. The balcony was great, a huge space with amazing views over to Assisi. The apartment was very comfortable and the host was excellent with communication and offers to help. She even allowed us to check in early.

  It was an amazing apartment, all the personal touches added to the experience. Loved the deck area. Location was great. Loved the Resteraunt/Bar next door.

  Cental location in historic centre, one of best restaurants next door(Civico 25) walking distance to everything. Comfortable bed, wonderful shower and and amazing view from the terrace all the way to Assisi.

  Noise late evening going into early hours of the morning for people gathering outside bars or restaurants after closure. Surprised that Perugia community has not put anything in place for people not to gathering late hours in the residential area.

  Amazing and comfortable accommodation in Perugia. In the historic center. All the appliances, plates, silverware one needs. Susanna, as several have also mentioned, was a super host. Of course the terrace, which is quite large, with the amazing view. This is an ideal apartment for longer stays. A couple of great restaurants close-by. A luxury experience. I was here end of February and got this on a great deal. This apartment and host are deserving of all the praise and a perfect 10 score.

  Nothing at all, I was only sad that the nicest weather during my stay was today when I checked out.

  Without a doubt, my home away from home.

  I rented this apartment for 3 weeks and it became my home away from home. I was in Perugia to study Italian at La Università per Stranieri di Perugia and I wanted to find a place where I could live, study and feel comfortable. Boy, did I hit the nail on the head. Where do I start? 1. Position: loads of bars immediately outside my door. Proximity to Uni: super easy mostly flat 6min walk to the uni. Proximity to Town Centre: 4min walk up a hill - two options. Kitchen: absolutely perfect with everything I needed to make my breakfast, lunch and dinner when I wanted. Bed: Cosy and comfortable. Hanging Space: loads. Shower: Hot. Host: Susana was a 10 out of 10 - unbelievable/amazing. Not sure what else I can add other than, if you are searching and searching and reading review's - this should be the last review, just book it. One last thing - Favourite thing about this property: Without a doubt - every morning the sunrise took my breath away.

  Absolutely and emphatically nothing. There is not a single bad word I could say about this property
