Schlecht und enttäuschend
Die Aussicht
Das Appartement in sehr schlechtem Zustand, ungepflegt und unsauber. Zur Übergabe an uns ist niemand erschienen. Der Weg mit dem PKW den Berg hinauf ist sehr steil und schwierig. Zu Fuß hätten Personen mit Handicap die FeWo nicht erreicht.

Sistemate le fogne e magari aggiungete un pinguino, poi sarà molto consigliabile!
L'appartamento è in una bella posizione. 10-15 minuti a piedi dal porto e dalla passeggiata. Il percorso verso l'appartamento è però in salita importante e con il caldo è un po' molto sudevole. La visita è magnifica, molto meglio di quello che credevo, le foto non rendono. 2 belle camere da letto ed un bel bagno. Un buono spazio. Il garage è una ottima cosa.
C'è un pinguino nella sala. Aiuta, ma non basta. Ci sono dei ventilatori, alla fine abbiamo gestito il grande caldo di questi giorni. La pulizia della casa secondo me era discreta, però mancavano gli asciugamani per una coppia )ne abbiamo persi alcuni da uno stendipanni). In generale i teli da bagno potevano essere presentati meglio ed essere un po' più nuovi. A parte la gestione del caldo il grosso difetto è stato un notevole odore di fogna che credo venisse dal bagno (non sono sicuro del tutto perché anche tenendo il bagno chiuso era presente). Veramente sgradevole e fastidioso. Il prezzo è forse un po' alto per 4 persone, ma eravamo in altissima stagione e l'appartamento come struttura merita.
