DECEPCIONADA CON BOOKING -NO CON EL APARTAMENTO NI EL PROPIETARIO/A

NO PUEDO OPINAR SOBRE EL APARTAMENTO. NO PUDIMO UTILIZARLO YA QUE LA PERSONA QUE TENIA QUE UTILIZARLO TIENE MOVILIDAD REDUCIDA. Y EL APARTAMENTO NO TIENE ASCENSOR. PERO EN LA INFORMACION DE BOOKING NO LO INDICA. LAS CONVERSACIONES CON EL PROPIETARIO CORRECTAS. PERO HE SOLICITADO EL REEMBOLSO A BOOKING Y NO CONTESTAN. MUY DECEPCIONADA . TENDRE QUE OPTAR POR OTRAS MEDIDAS PARA QUE ME HAGAN CASO.
