  Que cada habitación tenga su propio baño privado.

  Aire acondicionado: El aire acondicionado estaba gestionado por el propietario, de manera que, para encenderlo, era necesario avisarle previamente, ya que se encontraba programado para funcionar en determinadas franjas horarias. Como aspecto positivo, cabe señalar que el propietario respondía con mucha rapidez y lo encendía cuando se le solicitaba. No obstante, consideramos que sería más cómodo y funcional que cada habitación dispusiera de su propio mando y pudiera gestionar el aire acondicionado de manera independiente, según las necesidades de sus ocupantes. Por ejemplo, en una de las habitaciones había familiares que preferían no tener el aire acondicionado encendido durante la noche, mientras que en otra habitación sí necesitaban mantenerlo encendido. Al estar el sistema centralizado, no era posible adaptar la temperatura o el encendido y apagado a las preferencias de cada habitación. Por otro lado, cabe señalar que el aire acondicionado de la habitación situada al final, frente a la cocina, no enfriaba adecuadamente, por lo que sería conveniente revisar su funcionamiento.

  Trato con el propietario,ubicación y amplitud de la casa

  Great location! Great space! Definitely recommend!

  The location was very convenient to many sites. There was a bus stop directly outside and multiple stops nearby. It is close enough to the train station to be convenient but not so close to be a concern. The street felt very safe and had great restaurants, bakeries, and gelato nearby. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. It was really nice to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom and to have a large dining room table to gather around. We also appreciated the washer. Claudio was great at communicating and was very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

  We visited during an extremely hot week and although Claudio was super responsive with the AC, it did not consistently cool each room. To be clear, it was cooler than outside and the AC worked, but I imagine the historic heat wave in July would be hard for anyone. I don't know that there was a single cool building in Rome that week so I imagine any location would have had a similar experience. We used a fan to supplement the AC and that helped a lot.
