A Very Disappointing Experience – Unreasonable Treatment, False Accusations and Concerns About Discrimination Our experience at this property was extremely frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. 1. Serious problems accessing the apartment We had to collect the apartment key in another city. When we needed to access the apartment in Marrakech, we made approximately 30 phone calls and had to seek assistance from the reception staff before we could resolve the situation. We asked the property owner to arrange for someone to open the apartment temporarily while the key was being returned to Marrakech. Instead of providing reasonable assistance, he told us that we would have to pay someone to come and open the door. We were forced to wait approximately three hours before someone finally arrived. We were then charged 100 Moroccan dirhams (approximately €10) simply to gain access to the apartment. This situation was completely unreasonable. Guests should not have to endure a three-hour wait or pay additional money because of problems with the property’s key arrangements. The way this situation was handled made us feel as though we were being treated as an inconvenience rather than paying guests. 2. Repeated accusations about the number of guests After our stay, the property owner continued to accuse us of having three people staying overnight in the apartment, despite our explanations. To clarify the facts, the overnight guests were a mother and her son, Ronit and Itshak Bouskila. Koral Halfon was the person who made the reservation and was also staying at the apartment during the relevant period. We strongly dispute the owner’s accusations and are extremely disappointed that he continues to make these claims despite the explanations and evidence provided. 3.

  El apartamento muy bonito, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Una zona tranquila y todo asequible. Lo recomiendo 100% y volvería a alojarme allí.

  El ascensor no funciono al pin para utilizarlo.

  Netheid van het appartement en de rijkelijke inrichting

  De lift moest met een speciale sensor bediend worden, we hadden maar 1 sensor voor 5 personen. De zwembad was groot genoeg maar de diepte was beperkt (130 cm maximaal).
