    Lovely appt with issues that were not communicated in advance

    Excellent location, within easy walk of the seafront, many restaurants, train station and supermarkets. The apartment is very well equipped

    Two blinds were broken and the front patio door was also broken and unusable, when I raised this with the owner she disclosed that she was aware of these issues. The owner did not make us aware that our expensive racing bikes were not allowed into the apartment, she did not tell us this until after we had paid the full booking fee. I contacted the owner a full year before our stay to say that we were competing in the local triathlon, she could have advised us of her no bikes policy at that time. In addition we were forced to take away our rubbish with us or to take it to a local refuse site and pay for it to be disposed of. Another rule the owner did not communicate in advance.
