Disgusting, Cold, and Completely Unacceptable This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. The apartment was extremely dirty when we arrived. The bathroom was filthy, hygiene was terrible, and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned at all. The listing stated that heating was available, but there was no heating, and the apartment was freezing cold. To make it worse, the blankets provided were dirty and not enough, so we were cold the entire time. This alone made the apartment uncomfortable and unacceptable. one of the chairs were broken, making the place unsafe. Nothing matched what was advertised. When we contacted the host about these serious issues, his response was shocking. Instead of offering help or a solution, he told us to just leave the apartment. On top of everything, the key pickup location was very far away, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress. The service was terrible and completely unhelpful. On the phone, they admitted that the maid did not clean the apartment due to a family emergency. While emergencies happen, it is not acceptable to give guests a dirty, unprepared, and freezing apartment. We were forced to leave because the apartment was not livable. We were promised a refund for the remaining nights, which we are still waiting for. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not book.
