  Amazing stay, highly recommended!

  Very nice and comfortable apartment in a great location, right above the shopping centre. Everything we needed was close by, and the apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The city centre and Old Town were easily reachable by frequent, free and clean public transport, so we left our car at the host’s parking spot throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it!

  Balcony unavailable due to previous guest damage - not the owner’s fault.

  Nice stay

  Great well fitted apartment. Big sleeper couch for the kids. Dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and oils and vinegar all provided. Nice pool.

  Blinds onto the balcony were broken so we couldn't use the balcony.

  Non lo consiglio

  Mezz’ora prima del nostro lungo viaggio ci veniva comunicato che il balcone non poteva essere usato, arrivati nell’appartamento nella vetrata principale il vetro era totalmente crepato, la tenda rotta e il balcone e il vetri sporchi. Penso che una struttura come questa non dovrebbe dare un disagio così enorme ai clienti in vacanza con dei minori e dare subito una soluzione senza dire cosa sia successo. Abbiamo provato a dire che avevamo preso il balcone per esigenze familiari ma ci hanno risposto che l’appartamento era grande. Io non pago un servizio al quanto caro per avere un appartamento in quelle condizioni e per di più bagno, cucina e divani sporchi e impolverati di vecchia data. Dimenticavo: arrivati cercavamo il terzo letto, che era il divano, ci siamo arrivati dopo, abbiamo dovuto aprirlo e farci il letto, scomodissimo e rumoroso, cioè molto datato! Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti, dopo la prima notte abbiamo comunicato che non eravamo contenti dell’appartamento, mi rispondono il giorno dopo che ormai dovevamo partire. Nulla, non lo consiglio soprattutto se ci sono dei figli.

  La cucina, il bagno e il divano completamente impolverati e superfici sporche. Utensili, piatti bicchieri e posate le abbiamo dovute rilavare per utilizzarle. Il clima è portatile e non fisso, molto rumoroso e bisogna tenere il balcone aperto, cioè quello della vetrata rotta, che dire…un disagio così mai avuto!

  Great location and pool.

  Great location, super convenient for shops and transport. The pool and sauna was excellent.

  No tea towels/oven mitts or salt. Balcony was out of use which we only found out about just before we arrived.
