    Un très bel appartement tout confort, avec besoin d'entretien plomberie

    Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier calme, gardien à l'entrée de la résidence. Le rez de chaussée est appréciable aussi. Les 3 chambres sont confortables, la literie est de très bonne qualité. Il y a 2 salles de bain à l'étage et un toilette au rdc. Le jacuzzi est situé dans la véranda et il est appréciable après une journée de marche et visites. La cuisine est bien équipée. La déco fait de cet appartement un produit de belle qualité. Le gardien est disponible pour aider si besoin.

    Comme toujours au Maroc, la propreté est à améliorer et les salles de bain ont besoin de réparation (robinet non fixé dans toilettes du rdc, toilettes à réparer au 1er étage et la porte de la douche qui ne ferme pas). En termes de sécurité, l'escalier menant au 1er étage n'est pas équipé d'une rampe et il est assez "pentu". Donc ne convient pas aux familles avec enfants non autonomes et personnes plus agées susceptibles d'y perdre l'équilibre.
