The location is perfect. Nearby pizza, restaurants and super markets are accessible. Mountains, hills, clear sky, cable cars all can be seen from the balcony. All facilities available in the apartment. Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, iron press, clean/fresh towels, kitchen towels, handwash, dish washing soap, hair dryer, a locker/safe, cupboard with hangers, an umbrella, all cutlery, crockery, cookware, utensils, toaster, a microwave oven, refrigerator. You name it they have it. Loved the experience. Good value for money.

I would recommend to have a net that can be fitted and removed in the windows/door of the balcony so that no bees or flies enter the room when the guests want fresh air. With fresh air, entered bees and flies inside :D But that is just a recommendation.
