Pratique, confortable et bien situé avec stationnement privatif.
La situation géographique, la stationnement dans l'impasse privative. Le coin extérieur avec le canapé. Les 2 chambres et la pièce de vie agréable.
Le seul défaut de l'appartement et il ne sera jamais modifiable c'est le passage par la salle de bain pour accéder a la dernière chambre. Mais une fois qu'on le sait il n y a aucun problème.
