Scammers
You are nothing but scammers. Only after we complete the reservation do you display the check-in time restrictions, which is completely unacceptable and, in my view, contrary to the applicable rules and regulations. You mislead your customers with deceptive practices. Why is it not clearly and honestly stated before the reservation is made what the latest possible check-in time is? When making a reservation, there is no clear way to see in advance the time by which we are required to arrive. Every accommodation should be able to receive guests throughout the night, for example by leaving the keys at an agreed location. I was traveling with three young children, aged 4, 7, and 10. Because of the way you handled this situation, I put their lives and safety at risk. What you are doing is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. I will initiate legal proceedings against you and, if necessary, against Viking as well, if they support or tolerate these fraudulent practices.
