L'ensemble était très bien d'une façon générale.
Il était précisé deux chambres... hors ce ne sont pas 2 vraies pièces, ça ne peu se prénommer ainsi. Le souci d'ascenceurs... quand on a des bagages et/ou courses, cela devient un véritable parcours du combattant...

Totale incompetenza!
La posizione è comodo per spostarsi.
L'appartamento viene indicato come 2 camere, in realtà è un monolocale con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello separati da una tenda. Abbiamo pagato un extra per le pulizie, ma L'appartamento era pieno di polvere e pulito solo superficialmente. Abbiamo pagato un extra per avere set di lenzuola e asciugamani, ma abbiamo ricevuto un solo asciugamano (che puzzava di muffa) a testa per tutta la settimana! Ci è stata chiesta una cauzione di Euro 500 (!) che abbiamo pagato in contanti perché non c'era la possibilità di pagare con carta di credito. Ma quando abbiamo chiesto di restituire la cauzione in contanti ci è stato risposto che non era possibile poiché partivamo di domenica e l'agenzia era chiusa. Ci è stata restituita la cauzione con un bonifico a nostro carico per un totale di Euro 460 invece di Euro 500! Abbiamo comunicato il problema e la risposta è stata che non era un problema loro se la nostra banca ci aveva addebitato delle spese. Ci è piaciuta moltissimo la Reunion, ma sconsigliamo vivamente questo appartamento!
