    La localisation proche de la digue, le rez-de-chaussée. Les volets à chaque fenêtres.

    L’insonorisation avec la porte d’entrée principale et les voisins. Le petit extérieur à l’abandon. La douche fonctionnelle mais sans aucune finition.
