The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, making it perfect for families or groups of colleagues or friends, as I experienced. Its location is excellent, especially if you're keen to explore the Khemiset area. The air conditioning is a bonus (even for someone like me who doesn't typically use it), and it was particularly helpful during a heatwave I faced. While it doesn't cool the bedrooms much, it keeps the living room quite fresh. The washing machine is also a great advantage. The owner is outstanding and very responsive; he even helped us at 5 am when we were locked inside the building. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend it.

We faced an ant problem, but it could be caused by the extreme heat rather than insufficient cleaning. Usually, it was manageable by storing food in the fridge.
