Central Seville and train station all in easy walking distance.
Location, quiet area, comfy beds, very efficient AC, good kitchen facilities.
There was a smell coming from the drains, very off putting. We managed to keep the smell manageable by leaving the plugs closed in the sink. The espresso machine was poor and made weak tepid coffee.

Great central location well equipped super private roof terrace on floor above
Fabulous stay the apartment was really comfy clean well equipped and gave us everything we needed for the 2 nights we stayed in Seville on our city break. Location perfect for exploring Seville. Air con was effective and a welcome in August heat when we walked to 2nd floor - no lift - not an issue with our hand luggage. Super easy in taxi both to and from airport in uber. We especially enjoyed chilling up on the terrace. Supermarkets nearby and lots cafes eating spots. Highly recommend Thierry great host with responsive communications and weekly appreciated the late checkout option.

Excellent séjour en famille à Séville
Bel appartement dans un immeuble calme et idéalement situé pour visiter les principaux sites de Séville à pieds. Appartement très bien équipé, la climatisation bien appréciée par ces fortes chaleurs , literie excellente et propreté irréprochable. Nous avons pu profiter du magnifique Rooftop privé, un véritable plus qui permet de se détendre après une journée de visites. Thierry est un hôte sympathique, communication au top que ce soit avant et pendant le séjour. Nous vous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés.

Visite août 2026 : top !
Appartement agréable, fonctionnel et parfaitement placé. Toutes les visites majeures sont à 15m' maximum à pied. Si on veut s'éloigner, le service de vélo libre service est parfait. L'immeuble et la rue sont calmes, il y a beaucoup de services à proximité. Très bons échanges avec le propriétaire avant, pendant et après le séjour. Les apéros du soir sur le rooftop sont un plus indéniable.
Des fourmis têtues aimaient nous rendre visite. Il faut être vigilant sur la gestion des déchets et il y a de quoi traiter le problème.

Lindo y cómodo apartamento, cerca de todo.
La ubicación, el aire acondicionado, la limpieza y la comodidad de las camas. El libro de recomendaciones que deja el anfitrión sobre Sevilla.
Que no tenga ascensor, pero es entendible.
