Localización inmejorable con playa y muy cerca de Tetuan
La ubicación es inmejorable. A tan solo unos metros de la playa, con acceso y parking en la misma calle.
Los utensilios de cocina y el tamaño del baño un poco estrecho

Good location, but the apartment was unclean, unsafe, and missing basic essentials
The location was nice, close to the beach with a good view.
The apartment was dirty on arrival, with dust everywhere. There were large cockroaches present. The balcony sofa/cushions were ripped. The balcony door did not close at all, which was a security concern. The pull curtains on the windows were not working. In the kitchen, there was a toilet seat placed next to the sink, inside the kitchen area. There was no air conditioning. Kitchen is poor staffed, literally you can’t cook with the mater. There was also an exposed, damaged electrical outlet near the bed with wiring wrapped in tape — a serious safety hazard. No pillows were provided for sleeping. The freezer had broken glass inside it, making it unusable. When I raised these issues with the host, I only received an apology with no action taken.
