    Fantastische locatie, schoon en net appartement

    Locatie was echt top, keuken bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel net en schoon appartement

    Verwarming kwam langzaam op gang dus de eerste avond was het erg koud en de koelkast leek het niet goed te doen.

    Pleasant

    The location in the centre of Kirchberg is great. The property is comfy and cosy and has everything you would need (except WiFi). Still have to drive/get a bus for 10 minutes but it's near the slopes.

    The collection and return of the keys was a bit of a stress. Only given an allowance of 3 hours to collect the keys and our flight was delayed, luckily our friends were able to collect them. On returning the keys I was stood outside the office (ringing the bell) for nearly 20 minutes, leaving answerphone messages, trying to return the key only for someone to drive by and say they would call the person. We also then discovered that the owner and cleaner both who had come to the property could have collected the keys for us. Several messages went unanswered about how to control the heating in the property and then the bedroom had a funny smell (as if there was mold or mildew) but we could not find the source. The brochure left in the property also told us that if we did not sort out the recycling and dispose of it all we would not receive our deposit back - not exactly a welcoming message. I am more than happy and willing to do my recycling, but the message did not leave a good feeling. When spending over 2000 euros for a 7 day stay and without basic things like WiFi felt like we were not getting very good value for money.
