    Saubere Wohnung, aber renovierungsbedürftig

    Die Lage der Wohnung in mitten des Dorfes. Der Ausblick aus der Küche ist sensationell und die Küchenmöbel mit Geschirr sehr sauber, wie die Betten auch.

    Der Boden der Badewanne hat Belag, wahrschlich alter Kalk. Der Eingang ist nicht einladend, auch nebendran das leere Gelände mit Müll und Bauschutt. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und gehört renoviert bzw. modernisiert. Der Balkon vor der Küche ist alt und ungepflegt, so auch der Blick auf den Balkon der Untermieter.
