    Left without accommodation or a refund after paying in full — an absolutely unacceptable experience.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property and would strongly advise others to be very careful before booking. We had communicated an expected arrival time of 6 pm. Due to unexpected traffic delays outside of our control, we arrived shortly after 8 pm. The host then refused to hand over the keys and cancelled our stay, leaving us without accommodation. What makes the situation particularly concerning is that the host had requested payment via a **private bank transfer rather than through Booking.com**. Despite the fact that we were unable to stay at the property at all, the money was not refunded. We contacted the host repeatedly through the Booking.com chat and also involved Booking.com customer service, but despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation, we still did not receive our money back. The communication from the host was also extremely unfriendly and completely lacking in any willingness to find a reasonable solution. Being left without accommodation and without a refund after having paid the full amount was an awful experience. Based on what happened to us, I would absolutely not book this property again and cannot recommend it to others. If you do book, I would strongly recommend keeping all communication and payments within Booking.com.

    Das gute Wetter

    Das Bad ist leider sehr klein, Toilettennutzung ist Katatrophe, ausserdem ist keine ausreichende Belüftung im Bad vorhanden

    Sehr schöne Wohnung, nah am Strand, der Gastgeber erfüllt sogar extra Wünsche

    Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend! Die Wohnung liegt hinter dem Haus, das bedeutet, dass man absolute Ruhe hat, für uns war es sehr wichtig und angenehm! Vor der Tür steht ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, von oben hängen Weintrauben, das war toll, wir konnten unser Frühstück und Abendessen draußen genießen. Ein großes Dankeschön gilt dem Gastgeber, der auf unseren Wunsch extra eine Mikrowelle besorgt hat, obwohl sie nicht in der Wohnungsbeschreibung vorhanden war. Noch einmal vielen Dank dafür!!! Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, waren die Tagesdecken, die man auf der Couch hätte benutzen können, um sich gemütlich zu machen, oder auch nachts, wenn einem kühl wurde.

    Man kann nicht vor der Tür parken, nur zum Ausladen und auch das ist sehr schwierig, da oft alles zugeparkt ist, muss man tatsächlich mitten auf der Fahrbahn stehen bleiben. Dies war uns aber vorher schon bewusst und ist typisch für Zandvoort. Der öffentliche Parkplatz ist ca.6 Minuten zur Fuß und kostet 15 Euro am Tag. Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Dusche ist offen, ohne Abgrenzung zu allem anderen im Bad. Das bedeutet, dass nach dem Duschen praktisch das ganze Bad unter Wasser steht. Es gibt natürlich extra Schieber, um das Wasser wegzuschieben, aber dann bleibt der Boden immer noch feucht.

    Die ruhige Lage mit dem netten Innenhof. Das Dachfenster☺️
