    The unit is nicely kept, clean, and comfortable. Yannick was very helpful. He met us at the property, helped us with parking and showed us around the unit. The apartment is conveniently located about five minutes walk from a large supermarket.

    I don’t understand the glowing comments of previous reviews. Outside the apartment itself the building is very run down. There are large rust stains on the hallway. The elevator was out of service so we had to use the stairs, two flights up for the apartment and three flights down for the parking garage. This would be difficult for people with mobility issues. This was not mentioned to us before our arrival. The stairwells are dirty and dingy and show now evidence of ever being cleaned or maintained. There is a security gate but it was never locked during our stay. Residue from teens having a fire extinguisher fight was all over the stairway down to the parking garage and was not cleaned. This building is in need of some serious attention.

    Excellent séjour dans un appartement très bien situé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement équipé. Rien ne manque pour passer des vacances confortables. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.
