  On a positive note, Booking.com’s customer service was extremely helpful. They cancelled the booking immediately and refunded my money within just two hours. I greatly appreciate their prompt and professional service.

  Very Disappointing Experience – Serious Concerns About Communication I have serious concerns about how this booking was handled. I was contacted via WhatsApp from a phone number different from the one listed on Booking.com. I was initially offered a cash refund in Liège, but was later asked to provide my bank account details and bank card number, as the person claimed to be in France. This unusual process raised serious concerns, and I strongly advise guests to verify all communications and refund arrangements directly through Booking.com. At around 11:00 a.m. on the day of our scheduled arrival, I was informed that the apartment was extremely dirty and would not be ready until after 7:00 p.m. I was already driving from Germany to Liège with my pregnant wife and young child, and I had explained that waiting until the evening was not an option for us. Being informed of such a serious issue at the last minute was completely unacceptable and caused considerable stress and inconvenience. Furthermore, the person communicating with me was a man, whereas the host was listed on Booking.com as Michelle. This discrepancy raised additional questions about the identity of the person contacting me. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. I advise future guests to exercise caution and handle all communication and refunds directly through Booking.com.

  Die Lage war zentral für unseren Zweck . Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach.

  Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht, aber es gab nur Bettzeug für 2 Personen. Das Schlafsofa war nicht vorbereitet. Die Türklinke zum zweiten Raum war defekt, man konnte die Tür nur ablehnen. In den Schränken standen viele Lebensmittel- Reste von Vorbenutzern, das war unappetitlich. Es gab keinen Tisch, an dem man gemeinsam essen konnte. Fazit: Für eine Nacht akzeptabel, aber länger nicht empfehlenswert.

  Die Lage ist sehr gut, trotzdem würde ich es nicht mehr buchen

  Das Apartment liegt sehr gut fußläufig zur Altstadt von Lüttig. Es war günstig (trotz allem würde ich nicht von einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sprechen wollen). Es ist mit einem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen.

  Das Apartment ist einfach eingerichtet. Was in diesem Fall leider negativ gement ist. Ein Sessel steht defekt im Hausflur, der Zweite wackelt und knarzt. Das Bett ist durchgelegen, man rollt in die Mitte. Da wir zu zweit waren, bin ich auf das Schlafsofa umgezogen, für das es aber kein Bettzeug gab. Das Bad war - wie übrigens das meiste im Apartment - zusammengestückelt. Der Wasserhahn war locker und das Wasser floß nicht gut ab. Die Küche war ausreichend. Da sich in der Kaffeemaschine aber noch ein alter Filter befand, haben wir dem Rest auch nicht mehr so vertraut. So saßen wir nach unserer Ankunft da und haben ernsthaft überlegt, ob wir in ein Hotel umziehen - wir sind aber geblieben.
