Disappointing Equipment and Services
Unfortunately, our stay in this apartment did not meet our expectations. The apartment is very limited in terms of equipment, and several essential items were not available. There were not enough towels, no dishwashing liquid, and, most importantly, the Wi-Fi was not working. We needed the Internet to work during our stay, but we were unable to use the Wi-Fi, which caused us a lot of inconvenience. Regarding some of the equipment, we were given a few items and were told that they were only provided “to help us out,” whereas we expected these to be standard equipment included in the apartment. Overall, the apartment lacks basic amenities and comfort for a pleasant stay, especially for guests who need to work from the property. We hope these issues will be addressed and improved in the future.
