    Zentrumsnah

    Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal, wenn man kurze Wege zur schönen Strandpromenade, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants haben möchte. Sonne auf dem Balkon ist bis zum frühen Nachmittag, d.h. wenn die Bäume davor nicht noch höher wachsen. Der Flachbildfernseher hat eine sehr schöne Größe mit eine Smart TV Fernbedienung. Die neue Technik der Fernbedienung war für uns erst mal ungewohnt, aber mit einem bisschen technischen Verständnis dann kein Problem mehr.

    Die Mülltonnen für das gesamte Haus befinden sich nur ca 3 m vom Schlafzimmerfenster und Balkon entfernt. Einen Parkplatz gibt es nicht am Haus. Man bekommt bei der Anreise eine kostenlose Parkkarte für den Großparkplatz, der fußläufig ca 10 Minuten von der Fewo entfernt ist. Auf den Bettmatratzen befinden sich Auflagen, die beim Daraufliegen wandern und die auch an den Unterseiten mit gelben Flecken verschmutzt waren.

    Für kurze Zeit okay!

    Küche gut ausgestattet. Whg war hell, Bad normal, Couchfunktion ausfahrbar.

    Keine Nachttischlampen. Keine Sitzauflagen für den Balkon. Bett etwas zu weich. Die Ausrichtung des Balkons, man schaut in den Innenhof auf Autos und Mülltonnen und wird beim Buchen nicht erwähnt.
